To implement the spirit of Minister Li Guoying’s speech at the 2024 National Water Resources Work Conference and advance the application of digital twin technology in water governance, the Institute of Water Resources, China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR) and the Guangdong Provincial Water Resources and Hydropower Industry Association jointly hosted the Technical Exchange & Training Conference on Digital Twin-Driven High-Quality Water Resources Development from May 23–24 in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
