The RD-600s series is a compact radar flow meter specifically designed for scenarios such as open channels in irrigation districts, small rivers, and underground pipeline networks, based on millimeter-wave radar technology. It utilizes an advanced millimeter-wave planar radar antenna to measure water flow velocity and water level in a non-contact manner. By applying the velocity-area method principle and leveraging built-in hydraulic models and algorithms, it calculates and outputs the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow of the cross-section.

Product Introduction

The RD-600s series is a compact radar flow meter specifically designed for scenarios such as open channels in irrigation districts, small rivers, and underground pipeline networks, based on millimeter-wave radar technology. It utilizes an advanced millimeter-wave planar radar antenna to measure water flow velocity and water level in a non-contact manner. By applying the velocity-area method principle and leveraging built-in hydraulic models and algorithms, it calculates and outputs the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow of the cross-section.

The measurement process is unaffected by environmental temperature, vapor pressure on the water surface, airborne dust, silt, floating debris, and sediment. The mobile app connects wirelessly via Bluetooth, facilitating on-site debugging, configuration, and maintenance. This series of flow meters can also be optionally equipped with a built-in RTU function, enabling direct upload of field data to the cloud platform through the integrated wireless communication unit, as well as remote debugging and device program upgrades. Its standout features include compact size, low power consumption, easy installation, and minimal maintenance, making it particularly suitable for applications with stringent power requirements, such as solar-powered or battery-powered systems.
